Meet the Founders
Founded by Guilherme Oliveira, a BYU graduate with a degree in Finance, the company began when he left a successful career in major financial institutions to pursue a more hands-on, creative path. A few years later, fellow BYU alumnus Thiago Moura joined as co-founder, bringing his engineering background and experience in the automotive and aerospace industries.
Together, they are the perfect combination of creativity and discipline — blending bold ideas with technical precision and operational excellence. Their complementary strengths have fueled Ground Up Works’s reputation for reliability, refined design, and high-quality results.
